Day or Night: How It Works
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. Calls run around the clock, every day of the week, and a licensed plumber picks up rather than an answering machine. There's no after-hours desk you get bounced to.
How does the callback form work?
Type in your name, number and a short note on what's gone wrong, and someone rings back fast, day or night. Handy if talking on the phone right now isn't easy but the job still needs sorting.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Weekends, Christmas Day, whatever's on the calendar, we're still answering. Plumbing problems don't take holidays, and we'd rather match that than leave you stuck.
What happens after I call?
You talk through the problem with a licensed plumber, we work out what's needed, and you approve the price first. No guesswork, no surprise line items later.

Quotes, Prices and Paying
Do prices change once the job starts?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. No exceptions. If something genuinely different turns up once we're inside a wall or under a floor, we stop and talk it through with you first.
How do your quotes work?
A licensed plumber inspects the problem, walks you through what needs doing in plain English, and gives you a fixed price before any work starts. You're free to say no, and that decision costs nothing.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. It's a $0 Call Out Fee to get a licensed plumber to your door, whether the job turns out to be a small fix or a bigger repair.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, and there's no obligation attached to it. You can hear the price and decide it's not for you, and that costs nothing either.

Answers From Around Botany
Why do Botany's older homes keep us busy?
A lot of Botany's housing dates back to before the war, with pockets of post-war brick and fibro cottages mixed through. Older gas fittings and hot water units in homes that age tend to need attention sooner than a newer build would.
How local are you to Botany, really?
Botany is our regular run, from the Botany Road strip up toward Booralee Park. We're familiar with the streets, the mix of housing and where the mains sit, which cuts out the guesswork on arrival.
Do you work on Botany's apartments and strata blocks?
Yes. Between the semi-detached homes, units and newer mid-rise blocks under Botany's height limit, apartment plumbing is a regular part of the mix here, shared stacks included. That mix means switching between a single-dwelling fix and a multi-unit issue in the same afternoon.
Do tree roots really block drains around Botany?
Root intrusion happens, but Botany's own drainage story leans more on sand and groundwater. The suburb sits on the shallow Botany Sands aquifer. Porous sandy soil lets fine sand and water work into pipework over time.

Licensed, Insured and Accountable
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C covers our work, and insurance sits behind every job we take on, big or small.
Who can legally do gas work in NSW?
Gas fitting is restricted to licensed gas fitters under NSW law, full stop. If you smell gas, leave the property and call from outside. Do not flick switches or light flames.
What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?
Every bit of labour on the job, with no end date attached to the promise. If it's not right, we come back. No questions. No cost.
Can I check your plumbing licence?
Of course. NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C sits in our footer, and any plumber on the job can confirm it out loud before touching a thing.
